كيفية حذف حسابك وبياناتك فورياً من داخل التطبيق:
- افتح تطبيق سَكِينَة (Sakinah) على هاتفك.
- انتقل إلى تبويب الإعدادات (Settings).
- تحت قسم المزامنة السحابية، اضغط على حذف الحساب والبيانات السحابية.
- أكد رغبتك في الحذف النهائي، وسيتم فوراً مسح حسابك وكافة سجلاتك السحابية من قاعدة البيانات دون أي تأخير.
ما هي البيانات التي يتم حذفها نهائياً؟
- معرّف حساب المستخدم (Firebase Auth UID) وبريدك الإلكتروني.
- جميع أعداد التسبيح وسجلات الذكر اليومية المخزنة سحابياً في مستند (
user_tasbih_data/{uid}).
- قوائم الأذكار المخصصة والإعدادات المحفوظة سحابياً.
- لا يحتفظ التطبيق بأي نسخ احتياطية أو سجلات مؤرشفة بعد الحذف.
طلب الحذف عبر الويب أو البريد الإلكتروني:
إذا قمت بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق وترغب في حذف حسابك السحابي المرتبط ببريدك الإلكتروني دون إعادة تثبيت التطبيق، يمكنك إرسال بريد إلكتروني بعنوان "طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات" متضمناً بريدك الإلكتروني المسجل إلى:

تتم معالجة الطلبات الواردة عبر البريد الإلكتروني ومسح البيانات بالكامل خلال 48 ساعة كحد أقصى.
How to Delete Your Account & Data from Inside the App:
- Open the Sakinah app on your device.
- Go to the Settings screen.
- Under the Cloud Sync section, tap Delete Account & Cloud Data.
- Confirm deletion. Your account and all synchronized cloud records are permanently destroyed immediately.
What Data Is Permanently Deleted?
- Firebase Authentication credentials (Email & UID).
- Cloud Firestore document containing all Dhikr counter logs, statistics, and custom adhkar lists (
user_tasbih_data/{uid}).
- No copies, logs, or backups are retained after deletion.
Web / Email Data Deletion Request:
If you uninstalled the application and wish to delete your cloud data without reinstalling, send an email with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address to:

Requests submitted via email are verified and wiped from all databases within 48 hours.
